What’s an Affiliate?
As an affiliate partner, you can promote products and make a commission on any sales that you help generate. After signing up for our affiliate program, you will receive special links (affiliate share links) that you can send in emails or place on your website. When one of your readers clicks on your affiliate link, they will be taken to one of the product pages that the link points to.
The affiliate links point to product pages, free webinar registration pages, and free video training series pages that are precursors to paid content.
We can provide email templates that you can send to your audience to promote.
The affiliate system will flag you as the party responsible for sending the reader to product page, and you will receive a commission if the reader makes a purchase.
How does it work?
The process is very simple:
Visitor clicks on an affiliate link on your site or in an email.
The visitors IP is logged and a cookie is placed in their browser for tracking purposes.
The visitor browses our site, and may decide to order.
If the visitor orders (the order does not need to be placed during the same browser session – cookies and IPs are stored for up to 30 days ), the order will be registered as a sale for you and you will receive commission for this sale.
Once every month, during the first week, I will send you a payment to your bank account (so long as amount is greater than $50).
Commissions and payouts
You’ll earn a sweet 30% commission when a customer purchases a new product or course using your referral link.
Example
Here’s the breakdown of earnings by each rank with a sample product of $500:
Someone clicks on your link and they purchase a $500 model course.
30% of $500 means you earn $150!
How to Promote Us
We audit every one of our links regularly to ensure affiliates are genuinely promoting our products for the right reasons.
Do
- Genuinely promote our benefits and features.
- Make it personal.
- Mention us on social media.
- Write a review or a blog post about logbook apps or Excel Pilot Logbook and link to our site with your referral link.
- Create videos and tutorials.
- Place our logo on your website.
- Promote us to your email subscribers.
- Provide value to others by answering related questions on other websites with helpful responses, and using your referral link in your replies.
Don’t
- Don’t promote us on coupon or discount sites.
- Don’t promote us using any false advertising.
- Don’t change or alter our logos.
- Don’t use our link for your own purchases.
- Don’t offer fake or unofficial discount codes.
- Don’t spam others in any way (including on public forums).
Affiliate details
- 30% commission per sale
- 30-day cookie (when you refer someone to our website, they have up to 30 days to purchase something for you to get credit for the sale)
- Payments made via bank transfer on the last day of every month (minimum payout balance of $50 and no maximum payout!)
