What You Can Expect

Session Preparation
Each service will have a different preparation method.
But, usually I ask you to prepare all the questions you have before the call to ensure that you get the maximum value of our time together.
You’ll be able to schedule the call when convenient through a booking link.

Jump On The Call
Your private session will be conducted over the internet (On Zoom).
You’ll have a chance to give context, ask questions, and get the answers that you’re looking for.
If you have problems but struggle to explain them, I’ll take control and figure out what we will focus on.

Post-Session Work
Once the live coaching session is done, your work begins.
We will send you a transcript of the call, along with our recommendations and homework.
The summary will come packaged with the call recording, so you can review whenever it you need it. If I am on retainer then you will have my WhatsApp number so you can ask me questions when you are stuck and need a quick answer.
