This Consulting Services Agreement (“Agreement”) governs all consulting services provided by 50Folds LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing, scheduling, or participating in any consulting session, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Terms of Service.

1. Nature of Services

Consulting services are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Services may be delivered through one-on-one sessions, group sessions, or workshops.

Consulting does not constitute legal, financial, accounting, tax, or investment advice.

No professional-client, fiduciary, employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship is created between you and 50Folds LLC.

You acknowledge that all guidance provided is general in nature and that you are solely responsible for how you apply any information.

2. No Guarantees

50Folds LLC makes no guarantees regarding:

• fundraising success
• revenue generation
• profitability
• business performance
• or any specific outcomes

Past results of other clients do not guarantee future results.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

All scheduled consulting sessions are forfeited if canceled or missed.

No rescheduling is provided.

4. Recordings

Consulting sessions may be recorded for confidential client access and future discussion.

• Recordings are not shared with third parties.
• Clients may request recording to stop at the start of any session.
• Recordings are retained until the client requests deletion.

By participating in a session, you consent to recording unless you explicitly request otherwise at the start of the call.

5. Client Responsibility

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.

You agree to assume full responsibility for any outcomes, losses, or damages arising from your participation in consulting services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability for any consulting services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the applicable session.

The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 50Folds LLC and its members from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your participation in consulting services or breach of this Agreement.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, with venue in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Terms of Service, constitutes the entire agreement between you and 50Folds LLC regarding consulting services.
