These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the purchase of digital products and use of websites owned and operated by 50Folds LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our sites or purchasing any products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this website or purchase any products or services. By using our sites, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Digital Products & Delivery

• Immediate Access: All products (including templates, courses, and guides) are digital goods.
• Delivery: Access is granted electronically via email or secure portal immediately upon payment.
• Customer Responsibility: Access is deemed “delivered” once the link is generated. If access is not received, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact help [at] alexanderjarvis.com within 24 hours.

3. EU / UK Digital Content Waiver

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you expressly agree that:

• Delivery of digital content begins immediately upon purchase; and
• You acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal or “cooling-off” period once the download or access has commenced.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All Sales Final: Due to the irrevocable nature of digital content, 50Folds LLC does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
• Statutory Exceptions: Except as required by mandatory local consumer law, all payments are non-refundable.
• Discretionary Refunds: Any refunds issued are at the sole discretion of the Company and do not waive our right to strictly enforce the “No Refund” policy in the future.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or “friendly fraud” disputes constitute a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to:

• Provide payment processors with evidence of these Terms and your acceptance thereof;
• Report fraudulent activity to consumer protection agencies; and
• Terminate all current and future access to our products without notice.

6. Intellectual Property & License

• Limited License: Your purchase grants you a limited, single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use.
• Restrictions: You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, or “leak” any content. All materials remain the exclusive property of 50Folds LLC. Sharing login credentials is grounds for immediate termination without refund.

7. Consulting Services

• Advisory Only: Consulting sessions are educational and advisory. No professional-client, fiduciary, or agency relationship is created. We do not provide licensed legal, financial, or investment advice.
• Recordings: Sessions may be recorded for Client access. Recordings are Confidential Information. We reserve the right to delete recordings six (6) months after the session date unless otherwise agreed.
• Cancellation: Scheduled sessions are forfeited if canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or if the Client is a “no-show.”

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• No Guarantees: We do not guarantee fundraising success, revenue increases, or specific business outcomes.
• Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the applicable product or service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify 50Folds LLC and its members against any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your misuse of our products, breach of these Terms, or reliance on information provided on our websites.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Sheridan County, Wyoming. If arbitration is found unenforceable in your jurisdiction, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, server failures, or governmental actions.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 50Folds LLC regarding your use of our websites, products, and services.
