Technical pitch decks

Technical pitch decks

Do you need to write a technical pitch deck for your startup fundraise? Wondering what the decks look like? Here are all the healthcare decks available online you should be taking notes from.

If you want to check out the full pitch deck collection of 136 pitch decks, head over here.

There are 7 decks publicly available. I know this is a BS categorization, but frankly, there aren’t enough decks to make ‘security’ and ‘edge computing’ categories.

Boxcryptor

This is the pitch deck Boxcryptor used to raise undisclosed, mid six-digit seed capital investment from investors in 2011. Boxcryptor is encryption software that protects mission-critical data from internal and external attackers.

There is very little funding information about Boxcryptor but they were able to partner up with our investors from Agile Partners in May 2012 and my guess is their funding has been through internal rounds.

Cloudian

This is the Cloudian pitch deck to raise their $94m series-E. Cloudian turns information into insight with an infinitely scalable platform that consolidates, manages and protects enterprise data. Cloudian Enterprise Object Storage brings cloud technology and economics to the data center with uncompromising data durability, intuitive management tools and the industry’s most compatible S3 API.

Kong

This is the Kong pitch deck to raise their $43m series-c in 2019. Kong is an open-source platform to manage and secure APIs and Microservices.

Metacert

Here’s the Metacert Pitch deck the founder Paul Walsh used to raise a $1.2m seed round. Metacert is the first security company in the world to build security tools for companies that use messaging apps.

The deck is very well done and professional feeling. This is a good template for the founder to follow and take note of. My fundamental issue is I don’t really see a problem nor business model here.

Pixeom

This is the Pixeom pitch deck to raise their $15m series-a round in 2019. Pixeom is the market leading software-defined edge computing platform. Pixeom’s platform recreates and orchestrates cloud functionality on-premise, making it easy to deploy and manage large-scale, geographically distributed infrastructure and workloads.

Skymind

This is the Skymind pitch deck to raise their $11.5m series-a round in 2019. Skymind makes tools for prediction, data analytics and machine perception available to all businesses via open-core deep-learning.

Verbit

This is the Verbit pitch deck to raise their $23m series-A in 2019 from Viola Ventures. Verbit harnesses the power of artificial and human intelligence to provide a smart transcription and captioning solution.
