About Susa Ventures
Susa was founded in 2013 and invest in businesses with compounding moats, such as proprietary data, economies of scale, and network effects.
Susa are sector agnostic, with particular interests in Fintech, Healthcare, Logistics, Enterprise Software, as well as Infrastructure & Dev Tools.
They are headquartered in the Mission District of San Francisco.

Susa Ventures Pitch Deck
Susa Ventures IV is $125M, and will focus on pre-seed and seed stage investments of $1M-$2M. Susa Ventures Opportunities II is $250M, and will focus on Series B and C stage investments of $10-$15M, primarily into existing Susa companies. We intentionally don’t lead Series As to align incentives with our founders. These two new funds will allow us to back founders from seed to growth.
The GPs Leo Polovets, Chad Byers, Seth Burman set out to raise a $100m IV and $200m opportunity fund in March 2021. They ended up with $125M seed fund & $250M opportunity fund.
