This is the Monzo pitch deck used to raise a $2.4 crowdfunding round. It is the second they have done. In total, they have raised $106m.
They were founded in 2015 during a time the UK regulator started making banking licences available. It’s one of the challenged banks.
They have used crowdfunding to great effect. Something many people do not know is that crowdfunding is actually a really cheap customer acquisition channel with the investors effectively paying to be customers! I have some friends who do this 😉
